As team leader of Import/Export Customer Service Air, you are the driving force between our teams, our customers and our suppliers. With your high standards of excellent customer service and quality, combined with your results driven approach, you are a key contact person for our customers.


The Team Leader Customer Service role:

  • Responsibility for the import and export team members
  • Variety in tasks – no two days are the same
  • Providing our customers (external and team members overseas) and suppliers with solutions, every day
  • Arranging freight, transport, documents and customs clearances

Who are we looking for in the Team Leader Customer Service?

  • You are a passionate, energetic team member with a strong customer service focus

  • You have excellent communication skills; with your team, the customer and the Mainfreight group
  • You are a passionate person who can see themselves being with Mainfreight for the rest of their career
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, English and you have good knowledge of French
  • You have sound knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Bachelor education or at least 5 years working experience at Bachelor level in the logistics sector
